Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CosmicHora. Please read them, including the disclaimer about astrology and AI-generated content.

Who we are

CosmicHora (the app and its backend service) is operated by COSMICHORA, Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CosmicHora. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or over and able to enter into a binding agreement.

You sign in with Google or Apple. You may keep one account per person and must not share it.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping the details you provide, such as birth data, accurate.
If you save another person's birth details, you confirm you may do so.

CosmicHora provides Vedic astrology calculations and readings, forecasts, and chat answers generated with the help of artificial intelligence.
We may change, add, or remove features, and some features are available only with Premium or credits.

CosmicHora is for guidance and entertainment only. It is not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Astrology outputs and AI-generated text can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or any outcome.
Any decision you make is your own responsibility. Do not rely on the app for decisions about your health, money, legal matters, safety, or relationships.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service or its security; no automated access without our permission; no attempts to get credits or Premium without paying.

Premium subscriptions and credit packs are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, taxes, and refunds are handled under the store's policies, and refund requests go to the store.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Credits are tied to your account, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value.

You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete Account. If you have an active store subscription, you must cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first; account deletion cannot cancel store billing. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted.

The app, its content, design, and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. You keep ownership of the details you enter, and you let us process them to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your reliance on astrology or AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through the stores in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
