Delete your account
How to delete your CosmicHora account and the data linked to it.
Delete in the app
- Open CosmicHora and go to Profile → Delete Account, then tap Delete.
- If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first. You can delete your account when the subscription has ended. Deleting the account cannot cancel store billing.
Request deletion without the app
- Email support@cosmichora.app from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”.
- We confirm the request with that email address, delete the account within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in sessions, birth details, family charts, saved predictions, credits, and subscription records.
- Chat history is never kept on our servers. The app stores it on your device and erases it when you sign out or delete the account.
- Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted.
What we keep, and for how long
- Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule, so deleted data can remain in backups for up to 5 weeks before being erased.
- We may keep limited purchase records where the law requires it, for example for tax and accounting.
